Cosmetics are generally bottled and pressed. When selecting cosmetics, check the quality of the cosmetic pump head. The high-quality pump head presses the cosmetics very smoothly. If the quality of the pump head is poor, it is difficult to press the cosmetics out. Pay attention to the maintenance of the cosmetic pump head.
1、 Check whether the pump is pressed flexibly
Check the quality of the cosmetic pump head. Be sure to check that the pump pipe and joint must be tight and free of looseness. Turn the pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
2、 The lubricating oil should be replaced in time
Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, carefully observe the oil level, and ensure that the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time at the center line of the oil pointer.
3、 Check whether the pump head is pressed smoothly
Unscrew the water diversion plug of the pump body, fill the slurry into it, and check whether the pump head is pressed smoothly.
The cosmetic pump head shall close the outlet pressure gauge and the gate valve of the outlet pipe, and the inlet vacuum gauge. Check the quality of cosmetic pump head and maintain the pump head in time.
